Taco Tartlets^ Recipe

Ingredients:
FILLING
1 cup: Sour cream,
1 cup: Coarsley crushed tortilla,
2 tbsp: Taco sauce,
Chips,
3 tbsp: Chopped ripe olives,
MEAT SHELLS
1 lbs: Ground beef,
1 cup: , (4oz) shredded cheddar
2 tbsp: Taco seasoning,
Cheese,
2 tbsp: Water,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F.
Combine meat shell ingredients and press into sides and bottoms of
mini muffin cups. Combine filling ingredients and put about a
teaspoon into each shell. Bake 7-8 minutes until cooked and bubbly.
Remove from pan and serve.
