Hot Beets Recipe

Ingredients:
6: To 8 cooked and peeled,
Beets,
2 tbsp: Margarine,
2 tbsp: Chopped scallions, including
Some green tops,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1 tbsp: White vinegar,
Salt,
Freshly ground black pepper,
1 tbsp: Chopped parsley,
Directions:
Thinly slice the beets. In a saucepan over low heat, toss the beets
with the margarine, scallions, sugar, vinegar, and salt and pepper.
Cook until tender. Just before serving, sprinkle with the parsley.
