Southwest Blintz Filling Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
1/2 cup: Chopped onions,
1 tsp: Ground chili or cumin,
12 ounce: Cooked ground meat or,
Chicken,
Minced fresh seeded jalapeno,
Peppers,
Salt,
1 tbsp: Sour cream,
Directions:
Cook onions in vegetable oil. When tender, add chili or cumin,
cooked meat and jalapeno peppers to taste; season with salt and add
sour cream.
Yield: enough for about 12 blintzes
