Weiners In Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.02
Directions:
Cut weiners in half lengthwise and simmer in hot fat until browned.
Add minced onion and brown.
Pour enough canned tomatoes or tomato juice over the weiners to
partially cover.
Continue to simmer 20 minutes.

1 lb Weiners 1/4 ts Pepper
6 c Potatoes, diced 1 c Milk
3 c Carrots, sliced 3 pt Water
2 Onions 2 tb Flour
2 c Celery, diced 2 tb Butter
2 ts Salt
Cook potatoes, carrots, onions and celery in salt water until soft.
Add milk, sliced weiners and pepper and bring to a boil.
Thicken with four and butter that have been rubbed together to form a
smooth paste.
Serve with a nippy salad.
