Apricot Glazed Ham Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
12 ounce: Boneless ham steak,
2 tbsp: White wine,
2 tbsp: Reduced calorie apricot jam,
1 tsp: Dijon mustard,
Directions:
Score one side of ham in a crisscross pattern and place in a shallow
baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and spread evenly over ham.
Broil 5 inches from heat until hot and bubbly, about 3 minutes.
