Baby Carrots With Mint Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Baby carrots,
1 tbsp: Minced fresh ginger,
1/4 cup: Minced fresh mint,
Directions:
Steam the carrots over boiling water until tender, 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the heat, drain and save 2 tb. of the cooking water.
In a bowl, while the carrots are still hot, toss with the cooking
broth, mint, and ginger. Serve immediately.
