Baked Chicken Salad Recipe

Yield: 1 salad

Ingredients:
4 cup: Cooked Chicken, cut into
2 tbsp: Lemon Juice,
-bite-sized pieces,
1/2 cup: Onion, chopped
2 cup: Celery, chopped
2: Pimentos, chopped
2/3 cup: Condensed Cream of Chicken,
Salt to taste,
-Soup,
4: Hard Boiled Eggs, sliced
1/2 cup: Green Pepper, choppped
1 can: Water Chestnuts, drained
2/3 cup: Mayonnaise,
1 can: Mushrooms, sliced, sm. can

Directions:
Mix above ingredients together and put in a baking pan. Top with 1 C
cheese, grated; 1/2 C slivered almonds; and 1 C crushed potato chips.
Bake at 350

F for 30 minutes.
