Baked Vegetable Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Mostaccioli or ziti,
2 cup: Broccoli, cut in small
1 T: Olive oil,
-pieces,
2 each: Cloves fresh garlic,
1 1/2 t: Oregano,
-minced, or 1 tsp bottled
1 t: Basil,
1 medium: Onion, finely minced
32 ounce: Tomato sauce, commercial or
4 each: Carrots,
-homemade,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare pasta as directed on package. Drain
well. Heat oil in wok or large skillet, add garlic and onion, stir
fry 1 minutes, and add carrots, broccoli, oregano and basil. Spread
1/2 cup tomato sauce in bottom of 10x13 baking dish. Layer pasta,
vegetable mixture and tomato sauce. Top off with any remaining
tomato sauce. Place in oven, and bake for 20 minutes, or until heated
