Banana Oat Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp: Baking powder,
1/2 cup: Margarine or butter,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 cup: Mashed bananas, about 2
3/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 cup: Milk,
2 cup: Flour,
2 tsp: Vanilla,
1 cup: Oats, quick
2 large: Eggs,
1/2 cup: Sugar, brown, packed

TOPPING
3 tbsp: Flour,
3 tbsp: Brown sugar,
3 tbsp: Oats,
3 tbsp: Margarine or butter,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 f. grease a 9 by 5 loaf pan. in large bowl mix
baking powder, soda, salt, 2 cups flour, oats, and sugar until
blended. With pastry cutter, cut in margarine until mixture resembles
coarse crumbs. stir in mashed bananas milk, vanilla, eggs just until
flour is blended, spoon batter into pan. Prepare topping by mixing
until blended. Sprinkle crumb topping over batter. bake 1 hour and 10
minutes, or until toothpicks come clean. cool in pan 10 minutes,
remove from pan, finish cooling. each serving 215 calories. 9 gm fat,
