Cranberry Celebration Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
Makes 1 13x9 inch cake,
PREP TIME: 15 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 30-35 MINUTES
2 package: , (250 gram each) white cake
1 T: Grated orange rind,
-mix,
Vanilla frosting, (homemade
1 cup: Water,
-or commercial),
2 each: Eggs,
1/2 cup: M & Ms plain chocolate,
1 1/2 cup: Fresh or frozen cranberries,
-candies,
Directions:
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch oblong pan, set aside. In large bowl,
combine cake mix, water and eggs. With electric mixer, beat at
medium high speed for 4 minutes until bater is thickened and smooth.
Stir in cranberries. Bake in 350F oven for 30-35 minutes, until
toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean of cake
batter. Let cake cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove cake from pan,
let cool on wire rack. Add orange rind to frosting; stir well.
Spread over cake; sprinkle with M&Ms candies. Cut into squares.
