Double Cheese Batter Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Cheese, sharp cheddar
2 1/2 cup: Flour,
1/4 cup: Cheese, Parmesan
2 large: Eggs,
1 tbsp: Sugar,
1/2 tsp: Poppy seeds,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
3/4 cup: Water,
1 package: Yeast, quick rise

Directions:
In large bowl combine cheeses, sugar, salt, yeast and 1 1/2 c flour,
In 1 qt sauce pan, heat water until very warm With mixer at low
speed, gradually beat warm water, 1 whole egg, and 1 egg yolk into
dry ingredients just until blended. Save egg white to brush top of
bread. Increase speed to medium, beat 3 minutes. Stir in remaining
cup of flour, cover bowl, let rise 20 minutes. Stir down dough, spoon
into 1 1/2 quart round greased casserole. Cover casserole with
plastic wrap, let rise warm place 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350.
Brush top of loaf with reserved egg white, sprinkle on poppy seeds,
bake 35 minutes, or until bread sounds hollow when tapped. Remove
