Fruit And Nut Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Shredded sharp cheddar,
1 t: Worcestershire sauce,
-cheese,
1/2 t: Onion powder,
1/3 cup: Butter or margarine,
1/8 t: Garlic powder,
-softened,
2/3 cup: Chopped mixed dried fruit,
1: Tbps parisienne mustard,
-divided,
1 T: Milk,
1/3 cup: Sliced almonds, toasted

Directions:
In food processor or with an electric mixer, process or mix first 7
ingredients until smooth. Stir in 1/3 cup of the mixed dried fruit.
Chill 30 minutes. Shape into a ball. Roll in amixture of the
remaining dried fruit and almonds, pressing gently to make fruit and
almonds adhere. Chill for up to 2 days. Makes 1 cheese ball, 12
servings.

Store in refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature one hour before
serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
