Fruited Dessert Ring Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: Pear halves, 16oz
1 package: Lime-flavored gelatin, 3oz
Boiling water,
1 cup: Sweet white wine,
Directions:
Heat reserved pear syrup to boiling; add enough boiling water to
measure 1 1/2 cups. Pour boiling liquid on gelatin; stir until
gelatin is dissolved. Stir in wine. Refrigerate uncovered until
gelatin begins to thicken, about 1 1/2 hours.
Cut pear halves into 1/2-inch pieces; fold into thickened gelatin.
Pour into 6-cup ring mold. Refrigerate until firm, at least 2 1/2
