Honey Vanilla Peach Tea Sparkler Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cup: Tea concentrate, qv
1 1/3 cup: Peach nectar or juice,
1: Vanilla bean, 3" piece
1 1/3 cup: Water, sparkling
2 tbsp: Honey,
Directions:
In a 1 to 1 1/2 quart pan, combine vanilla, honey and juice and
heat till boiling. Cover and chill until cold, at least 1 hour.
Remove vanilla bean and reserve (in a tightly sealed container with
sugar) for other uses.
Combine juice mixture with concentrate and sparkling water and pour
over ice.
