Mexican Fruitcake Recipe

Ingredients:
Cake:,
1 cup: Pecans,
20 ounce: Can of crushed pineapple,
Frosting:,
With juice,
2 cup: Powdered sugar,
2 cup: Flour,
8 ounce: Cream cheese,
2 tsp: Baking soda,
1 Stick: of butter, melted
2 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
2: Eggs,

Directions:
Mix cake ingredients and pour into a 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes. Frost cake while hot! Randy Rigg
