My Doughnuts Recipe

Ingredients:

4 cup: Flour,
1/2 cup: Margarine,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 package: Instant yeast,
1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Sugar,
1/2 cup: Warm water,
1: Egg,
1 cup: Milk,
Oil to fry,
Directions:
Dissolve 1 tsp sugar in 1/2 cup warm water. Sprinkle yeast ove water
and let stand 10 minutes. Stir to dissolve yeast. Melt margarine in
microwave and ad to yeast mix with beaten egg. Heat milk to luke warm
and add to yeast mix with salt. Add flour and stir to make a stiff
batter. Cover and place bowl in warm place til double in size. Heat
fat to 375F. Stir batter down. Scoop pieces of dough with a teaspoon
and drop in hot fat. As doughnuts rise, turn and continue to fry til
brown and cooked. This dough is stiff enough to roll out and cut
