Noodles, Moms Recipe

Ingredients:
3 each: Eggs,
1 tsp: Salt,
2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Cold Water,
Directions:
Beat eggs, add flour, salt and water, adjust the flour quanity to
make a very stiff dough. Flour hands and knead the dough well, Roll
out on a floured board until 1/4 inch thick. Cut into strips and drop
into boiling broth, cook several minutes until done, depends upon how
thick the dough was rolled to.
These are good with Chicken or Beef broth.
