Spanish Steak Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Ground chuck,
16 ounce: Tomato wedges, drained
1/2 cup: Onion, finely chopped
12: Olives, pimiento-stuffed,
4 slice: Bacon, cooked and crumbled
-sliced,
1: Egg,
1/2 cup: Cheese, Cheddar, shredded
1 tsp: Salt,
1: Green pepper, cut in rings
1 tsp: Paprika,
1 medium: Onion, sliced and separated
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
-into rings,
ds Hot sauce,
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients; mix lightly. Place meat mixture on a
lightly greased sheet of aluminum foil, and shape into an oval loaf,
2 inches thick. Top with remaining ingredients; seal foil and place
in a 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or
until done.
