Superdophilus Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cup: Lukewarm water,
-flour,
1 each: Level tsp lactobacillus,
1/2 cup: Oat bran,
-acidophillus culture,
1/2 cup: Yellow corn flour or soy,
2 1/2 each: To 3 cups whole wheat bread,
-flour,
Directions:
Stir lactobacillus culture with water in a large bowl. Add warmed
flours and bran and stir to form a soft dough. Cover and leave in a
warm place for at least 4 hours. Knead for about 5 minutes, adding
more flour if too sticky. Shape into two small loaves and allow to
rise in a warm place on a cookie sheet for 1-3 hours. Bake at 350F
for 40-45 minutes. This bread may be varied by using different flour,
eg. rye. Superdophillus is obtainable from health food stores, or
