Wackey Cake (cake) Recipe
Yield: 1 sq 8" panRecipe by luhu.jp
Ingredients:
SIFT TOGETHER
2 cup: Flour,
1 1/3 tsp: Baking soda,
4 tbsp: Cocoa, level
1 1/3 cup: Sugar,
3/4 tsp: Salt,
MAKE 3 HOLES AND PUT IN
6 tbsp: Melted shortening,
1 1/3 tsp: Cider vinegar,
1 1/3 tsp: Vanilla,
POUR OVER ALL
1 1/3 cup: Tap water,
Directions:
Mix well. Pour into an 8" square pan and bake at 350~ for 25 minutes
or until top springs back.
Dust with confectionary sugar.
