Grandma Conners Christmas Mincemeat Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
BEAT
3/4 cup: Shortening,
3 each: Eggs,
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
1 1/2 cup: Mincemeat,
ADD
3 cup: Flour,
1 1/2 t: Baking soda,
3/4 t: Salt,
1 1/2 t: Baking powder,
STIR IN
3/4 cup: Sour cream,
Directions:
Bake at 350~ for 45 minutes until cake tests done. Carolyns note:
Grandma always made this in a tube pan. Shed grease it and make one
of those annoying wax paper liners. I dont think it would taste the
