Lobster Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Feet small hog casings,
1 tsp: Lemon juice,
1 1/2 lbs: Whitefish fillet, cubed
1/2 tsp: White pepper,
1/2 tsp: Ground mustard seed,
1: Egg, beaten
1/2 tsp: Ground coriander,
1/2 lbs: Coarsley chopped lobster met,
1 tsp: Paprika,
Directions:
Prepare casings. Pulse the fish in food processor just until it is
broken, 3-4 times.. Add the mustard, coriander, paprika, lemon juice,
pepper and egg. Process until blended. Put the mixture in a mixing
bowl and add the lobster meat; blend well. Stuff casings and twist
off into 3-4" links.
