Round Steak Italia Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Steak, round, 3/4 to 1" thck
1 tbsp: Shortening,
3 tbsp: Flour, all-purpose
15 ounce: Spaghetti sauce w/mushrooms,
1 tsp: Salt,
10 ounce: Green beans, Italian, frozn
1/2 tsp: Oregano,
16 ounce: Onions, whole, drained
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
Directions:
Rub steak with mixture of flour and seasonings; reserve remainder of
flour mixture. Cut steak into 6 pieces. In large skillet over
medium heat, brown steak in hot shortening. Place in baking dish,
11-1/2x7-1/2x1-1/2". Heat sauce and flour mixture to boiling,
stirring constantly. Pour over steak; cover. Bake at 375 degrees for
45 minutes. Add vegetables; cover and bake 45 minutes.
