Sauteed Apples, Onions And Pears Over Spinach Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Honey,
-into rings,
1/4 cup: White Wine Vinegar,
1 tbsp: Olive Oil,
1/4 cup: Dry Sherry or Apple Juice,
1: Pear, cored and sliced
1 tbsp: Lemon Juice,
1: Cooking Apple, cored& sliced
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
10 ounce: Fresh Spinach, washed and
1/4 tsp: Dried Thyme, optional
-trimmed,
1 small: Onion, sliced and separated
Directions:
Combine the first six ingredients. Add thyme, if desired. Set
aside. Cook onion in olive oil in a large skillet over medium high
heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Add pear, cooking apples
and honey mixture.
Cook, stirring often, 5 to 6 minutes or until fruit is tender and
liquid is slightly thickened. Serve over fresh spinach.
