Spinach Milano Recipe

Ingredients:
20 ounce: Spinach, chopped, frozen
-cubed,
1/4 cup: Flour, all-purpose
4 slice: Cheese, natural brick, cubed
1/4 cup: Butter (or marg.), melted
12 ounce: Cheese, cottage
3: Eggs, beaten
Salt, to taste
4 slice: Cheese, American process,
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Gradually add
flour to butte,r blending until smooth; add to spinach along with
remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake at
350 degrees for 1 hour.
