Easy Steamed Cabbage Wedges Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 Head: cabbage, cut in 2wedges
-dressing,
2 tbsp: Reduced calorie Italian,
Directions:
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
Arrange cabbage wedges in a 9" microwave safe pie pan; cover with
plastic wrap. Microwave on high 5 minutes; drizzle cabbage with 1
tablespoon of the dressing. cover; microwave and additional 5-10
minutes or until cabbage is tender crisp. Drizzle with remaining
dressing.
CONVENTIONAL DIRECTIONS:
Place cabbage in medium sauceppan; add enough water to measure 1".
Drizzle cabbage with 1 tablespoon of the dressing. Bring water to a
boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until cabbage is
crisp tender. Place on serving platter; drizzle with remaining
dressing.
Per serving: 45cal., 2g pro., 7g carb., 3g fiber, 2g fat, 1mg chol.,
140mg sod., 280mg pot., 1 vegetable and 1/2 fat exchanges.
