Flaming Fruit-cocktail Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 each: No. 2 1/2 can fruit,
2 T: Butter,
Cocktail, drained
Or margarine,
1/2 cup: Granulated sugar 1/2,
1 T: Cornstarch,
-teasp. grated lemon rind,
1/4 cup: Brandy or light rum,
Directions:
In double boiler or chafing dish, heat first 5 ingredients, stirring,
until thickened. Add brandy; dont stir. Light brandy; spoon, over
and over, into flame. When flame expires (alcohol has burned off),
spoon over vanilla ice cream. Makes 8 servings.
