Florentine Meat Foldovers Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Beef hamburger,
1/2 cup: Oil,
1/4 lbs: Pork sausage,
1 1/2 ounce: Tomato sauce,
1 small: Onion,
16 can: Tomatoes,
1 each: Clove garlic,
1 t: Italian seasoning, (or combo
10 each: Spinach, cook and drained
-of basil, oregano etc)
Salt and pepper to taste,
1 cup: Mozzarella cheese, shredded
6 each: Tortillas,
Directions:
Brown the hamburger and sausage with the onion and garlic. Drain
excess fat off. Stir in the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
In medium skillet, heat tortilla shells in hot oil until softened but
not crisp. Meanwhile, heat tomatoes, tomato sauce and italian
seasoning. Put meat mixture in tortilla shells and roll up. Arrange
in casserole dish, pour the tomato mixture over top. Sprinkle with
cheese and bake in a 350F oven for about 30 minutes. Makes 6
