Frozen Peach Whip Recipe

1/2 cup: Orange juice,
1/3 cup: Granulated sugar 1,
1 cup: Heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Turn temperature control of refrigerator to coldest setting. Beat egg
white until stiff but not dry; beat in sugar and peaches. Fold orange
and lemon juice into cream, fold into peach mixture. Pour into
freezing tray; freeze until firm, stirring once. Then return
temperature control to normal setting. Makes 6 servings.
