5 tbsp: Oil or grease (lard, bacon
1 tsp: Baking powder,
Fat, chicken fat)
1/2 tsp: Baking soda,
Directions:
Heat oven to 450 deg. Mix flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Add
starter and oil. Knead 10 times on a floured surface. Pat to 3/4"
thickness. Cut in rounds, pkace on cookie sheet, and bake at 450 deg.
for 10 minutes. Makes 8 to 12 biscuits.
