Meatball Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Lean ground beef,
1/4 tsp: Black pepper,
1/2 cup: Seasoned bread crumbs,
1/8 tsp: Paprika,
2 tbsp: Chopped onion,
2 tbsp: , (plus 1 cup) bottled
1 centiliter: Garlic, finely chopped
-marinara sauce,
2 tbsp: Grated Parmesan,
3 tbsp: Chopped parsley,
1/2 tsp: Dried leaf oregano,
1 Loaf: Italian bread,
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine beef, crumbs, onion, garlic,
Parmesan, oregano, pepper, paprika and 2 tablespoons sauce in bowl.
Shape meat mixture into 12 equal meatballs. Place on a jelly-roll
pan.
2. Bake in preheated 350F oven 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
3. Heat 1 cup sauce in a saucepan. Stir in parsley. Divide bread
crosswise into fourths; split. Spoon meatballs and sauce into bread.

sod, 3 mg chol.
