Moms Best Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs: Lean ground beef,
1 1/2 t: Salt,
1 cup: Milk,
1 t: Prepared horseradish,
1 each: Egg, lightly beaten
1 t: Sugar,
3/4 cup: Soft bread crumbs,
1 t: Ground allspice,
1 medium: Onion, chopped
1 t: Dill weed,
1 T: Chopped green pepper,
Additional ketchup,
1 T: Ketchup,
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 12 ingredients; mix well. Press
into an ungreased 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" loaf pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 1 hour. Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup; bake 15 minutes
