Old Bay Turkey Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Egg, lightly beaten
2 T: Mayonnaise,
2 tsp: Pepper, black
2 tsp: Old Bay seasoning,
1/2 cup: Bread crumbs, italian
2: Scallions, finely chopped
1 lbs: Turkey, cooked, minced
3 T: Butter,
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey and butter.
After ingredients are thoroughly combined, gently stir in turkey.
Form into 4 or 5 turkey cakes. Saute in butter until lightly browned
on both sides.
