Quick Fluke Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Skinned fluke fillets,
1 1/2 t: Salt,
2 large: Tomatoes, cut in sm.
1/8 t: Pepper,
-pieces,
1/4 cup: Melted butter,
2 T: Grated onion,
1 cup: Grated Swiss cheese,

Directions:
Place fillets on greased baking platter and sprinkle with onion, salt
and pepper. Cover with tomatoes. Pour melted butter over tomatoes.
Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 10 minutes or until fish
slakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove from the the heat and
sprinkle with cheese. Place under heat again until cheese melts.
