Sourdough Croutons Recipe

Ingredients:

BON APPETIT JANUARY 1995
6 cup: 3/4-inche cubes sourdough,
6 tbsp: Freshly grated Parmesan,
Bread, 6 oz
Cheese,
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place bread cubes in large bowl. Drizzle
olive oil over; toss to distribute. Add grated Pamesan cheese and
garlic powder and toss to coat. Spread out cubes on heavy large
baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, using metal spatula to turn
bread cubs occasionally, about 15 minutes. Cool completely. mm Norma
