Swordfish Marinades Recipe

Ingredients:
EXAMPLE NUMBER ONE
1/4 cup: Lime juice,
-cilantro, or thyme)
2 tbsp: Olive oil,
1/2 tsp: Garlic, minced
1 tbsp: Minced fresh herbs,
1 pinch: Pepper,

EXAMPLE NUMBER TWO
3 tbsp: Balsamic vinegar,
1/2 tsp: Dijon mustard,
3 tbsp: Olive oil,
1 pinch: Pepper,
2 tsp: Shallot or onion, minced
EXAMPLE NUMBER THREE
1/4 cup: Dry white wine,
2 tsp: Green onion, minced
2 tsp: Ginger, minced
1 pinch: Dried red pepper flakes,
Directions:
Stir together the chosen marinade ingredients in a small bowl and
pour the marinade evenly over the swordfish in a shallow glass dish.
Marinate for 15 to 30 minutes, turning once or twice, just before
cooking. Acids in contact with the fish for long periods toughen the
flesh.
