Broccoli Cheese-rice Casserole - Butter Busters^ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 each: Boxes Uncle Bens Llong,
-chestnuts, rinsed and
-Grain and Wild Rice*,
-drained,
2 each: Pk frozen chopped broccoli,
2 cup: Grated nonfat Cheddar cheese,
-prepared as directed,
1 cup: Homemade lowfat croutons or,
1 can: , (14oz) reduced sodium
-Pepperidge Farms seasoned,
-chicken broth,
-stuffing cubes,
2 can: , (8oz) chopped mushrooms,
1 t: Mrs. Dash salt-free extra,
-rinsed and drained,
-spicy seasoning, to11/2tsp
2 can: , (8oz) whole water

Directions:
*the 5 minute variety, prepared with liquid Butter Buds. Prepare rice
as directed on package. Add the cooked broccoli, mushrooms, water
chestnuts and chicken broth to the rice mixture. Add seasoning and
cheese. Spoon into a large casserole that has been sprayed with
nonstick spray. Top with croutons. Bake at 350F. 30-35 minutes
covered. Remove the cover the last 10 minutes. Per serving: 172 cal.,
0.9g fat (5%), 0mg chol, 2g fiber, 8g pro., 33g carb., 305mg sod.
