Juniper Bbq Spice Recipe

3 Cloves: ,
1 tsp: Black peppercorns,
3: Bay leaves,
6: Allspice berries,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Grind the spices, finely crumble the bay leaves, and combine
everything.
An aromatic blend that goes well with dense-textured fish such as
monkfish, tuna and swordfish, and with steaks and lamb.
