522087 Chocolate-topped Grapefruit Recipe

Ingredients:
4: Pink grapefruit, halved
-chocolate, chopped
-crosswise,
-Fresh mint sprigs,
3: , (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet
Directions:
Remove seeds and loosen sections of grapefruit halves. Set aside.
Place chocolate in a heavy duty zip-top plastic bag; seal bag.
Submerge bag in hot water until chocolate melts. Snip a tiny hole in
end of bag using scissors; drizzle chocolate over grapefruit in a
sunburst design. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes. Garnish
with fresh mint. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings. Note:
Instead of piping chocolate, 2 teaspoons semi-sweet chocolate
mini-morsels may be sprinkled over each grapefruit half, if desired.
