"our" Mayonnaise^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Lowfat cottage cheese,
2 each: Tb fresh lemon juice,
-drained,
1 t: No salt added Dijon Mustard,
1 each: Tb apple juice concentrate,
3/4 t: Onion powder,
2 each: Tb apple cider vinegar,
1 t: Low sodium soy sauce,
1 each: Egg white,

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food procesor fitted with the metal blade.
Process 4 Pour into a glass container, cover and refrigerate
overnight. Makes 2 1/2 cups. Variations: Season with curry powder,
fresh minced garlic, grated horseradish, crushed pine Per tablespoon:
