Snowballs # 2 Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Confectioner sugar,
2 1/4 cup: All-purpose flour,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Chopped pecans,
1 cup: Butter, softened
Additional icing sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla extract,
Directions:
Directions In large bowl, combine icing sugar,salt and butter; mix
well. Add vanilla. Gradually stir in flour. Work nuts into dough
.Cover and chill until firm. Preheat wven to 400 degrees. Fokrm dough
into 1" balls. Place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to
10 minutes or until sset, but not brown. Roll in additional sugar
immediately. cool on wire racks. Roll in sugar again. Store in
airtight container.
