Ingredients:

NORTH AFRICA, TURKEY
-and Jordan,
1 ounce: Ground sumac,
2 ounce: Sesame seeds,
1 ounce: Dried powdered thyme,

Directions:
Dry roast the sesame seeds over medium heat for a few minutes,
stirring frequently. Cool, then mix with the sumac and thyme. Stored
in an airtight container, it will keep for 3-4 months.
