Zucchini-mushroom Cheese Melt - Butter Busters^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 lbs: Sliced fresh mushrooms,
1/4 t: Garlic powder,
1 each: Tb liquid Butter Buds or,
1/8 t: Oregano,
-fatfree chicken broth,
1 cup: Nonfat mozzarella cheese,
2 cup: Grated zucchini,
-grated,
1/4 t: Lite salt, optional
1/2 cup: Egg Beaters,

Directions:
Brown mushrooms in Butter Buds in a nonstick pan. Stir in all the
rest of the ingredients except cheese. Pout into a 1-qt. casserole
dish that has been sprayed with a nonstick spray. Sprinkle cheese on
top and stir into mixture. Bake at 350F. for about 25 minutes. Per
serving: 48 cal., 0.2g fat (4%), 0mg chol., 1g fiber, 7g pro., 5g
