Zuchini And Sausage Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Zucchini, sliced
Pepper,
1 cup: Celery, chopped
1/2 tsp: Basil,
1: Onion, chopped
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
1/2 lbs: Sausage,
1: Green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp: Oregano,
28 ounce: Tomatoes,
Salt,

Directions:

Brown the sausage, remove from skillet. Add garlic, celery, onion,
zucchini and gr pepper. Saute lightly, about 3 minutes. Add sausage,
seasonings and tomatoes. Simmer, covered for 30 minutes. If soup
becomes to thick, add chicken stock. Enjoy, Sheryl
