Apple Burgers^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Lean flank steak, ground
1 1/2 tsp: Dry mustard,
1 cup: Whole wheat bread crumbs,
1 tsp: Pepper,
1 1/2 cup: Unsweetened applesauce,
1 tsp: Low sodium soy sauce,
1 small: Onion, grated

MIXED WITH
2 tsp: Water,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Spray 6 muffin cups with Pam. Divide meat among muffin cups. Bake 25
minutes or until cooked through.
