Bean Salad With Fresh Herbs Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Snap beans, green and/or
-marjoram or basil,
-yellow,
2 T: Olive oil,
2: Green onions, finely chopped
2 t: Dijon mustard,
2 T: Or more of fresh savory,
1/2: Lemon,
-sage, tarragon, thyme,
Salt and pepper to taste,

Directions:
Trim beans and cut into 2" pieces. Place in microwave bowl and add
1/4 cup water. Cover and microwave on HIGH about 10 minutes or until
beans are crisp tender. Drain and toss immediately with onion,
herbs, oil, mustard, juice of lemon, salt and pepper. If cooling to
room temperature, add lemon juice right before serving. Each serving
