Breakfast-in-a-dish Recipe

Ingredients:
8 slice: Haugins Farm Brand Thick,
6 slice: Schwans American Processed,
-Sliced Bacon, crumbled*
-Cheese,
6: Frozen Gourmets Choice,
1/2 cup: Celery, diced
-Hash Brown Patties,
1/2 cup: Onion, diced
2 cup: Water,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Chicken flavored Bouillon,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
-Granules,
1 carton: Elite Egg egg Substitute,
1/4 cup: Margarine,

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

F. Prepare bacon in skillet over medium heat;
drain. In large saucepan or stock pot combine hash brown patties,
bouillon granules and water. Cover and place over medium-low heat
until patties are thawed and crumbled. Remove from heat. Add bacon,
margarine, cheese, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients
together until margarine and cheese have melted. Gradually add egg
substitute to mixture, stirring constantly. Pour mixture into a
2-qt. casserole dish. Bake 1 hour or until mixture is firmly set in
center.

Makes 6-8 servings.

NOTE: *6 Haugins Farm Brand Whole Hog Country Sausage Patties,
cooked, drained and crumbled may be substituted for the bacon.
