Butter Bean Pate Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tsp: Olive oil,
1/3 cup: Parsley, minced
2 each: Garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cup: Butter beans, cooked
1 cup: Onion, minced
1 tbsp: Nutritional yeast,
1/3 cup: Carrots, minced
1 tsp: Tamari,
Directions:
Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Saute garlic, onion,
carrot & parsley for 5 minutes. Puree the beans with remaining
ingredients until smooth. Add sauteed vegetables.
Transfer to an oiled decorative serving dish & refrigerate for at
least 1 hour before serving.
