Cheese Grits - Butter Busters^ Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Grits,
1 1/2 cup: Egg Beaters, beaten
4 quart: Boiling water,
1 each: Tb garlic powder,
2 lbs: Nonfat Cheddar cheese,
1 each: Tb Tabasco sauce,
-grated,
2 can: , (4oz) chopped green chiles,
1 cup: Lliquid Butter Buds,
-drained, optional
Directions:
Cook grits in boiling water 15-20 minutes. Add cheese, Butter Buds,
Egg Beaters, garlic powder and Tabasco sauce. Stir in chopped green
chiles if desired. Pour into a large glass casserole that has been
sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375F. for 30-40
minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Per serving: 67 ca;.,
0.1g fat (2%), 2mg chol., 0g fiber, 7g pro., 9g carb., 213mg sod.
