1 cup: Fatfree chicken broth,
1/4 cup: Chopped onions,
1/4 t: Minced garllic,
1 can: , (8oz) mushroom pieces,
1/4 t: Onion powder,
-rinsed and drained,
1 cup: Skim milk,
1/2 cup: Cooked and drained spinach,
1/4 t: Basil,
1 each: Boneless skinless chicken,
3 cup: Tomato sauce,
-breast, cooked and chopped
1/4 t: Oregano,
1/2 cup: Nonfat ricotta cheese,
1 cup: Nonfat grated mozzarella,
1/2 cup: Nonfat cottage cheese,

Salt to taste, optional

Directions:
Beat Egg Beaters and milk together. Add flour and beat well. Let the
batter sta FILLING: Saute onion in chicken broth. Add mushrooms,
